Customer Service Coordinator - Hoveringham

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Bison Flooring Customer Service team in the position of Customer Service Coordinator based at our Hoveringham site.

The main responsibility is to process customer orders within relevant lead times and role guidelines.

Your duties would include but not limited to the following:

  1. ORDERS – Managing the complete contract review and prompt processing of customer orders, resolving any order queries in a timely manner.
  2. COMMUNICATION – Liaising with customers to ensure their order provides all the data needed to process this.
  3. AFTER SALES SUPPORT – Supporting the customer with any inquiries regarding the delivery of their order.
  4. CUSTOMER SERVICE
  5. NEGOTIATION – Order negotiation with customers to manage expectations.
  6. CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT – Actively contribute to improvements in business processes and procedures.
  7. INFORMATION – Record relevant KPIs to enable individual and team performance analysis.

About You:

  • Strong customer handling and negotiation skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Attention to detail and ability to produce highly accurate work
  • The ability to work on own initiative
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
