Job Description:

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Bison Flooring Customer Service team as a Customer Service Coordinator at our Hoveringham site.

The main responsibility is to process customer orders within relevant lead times and role guidelines.

Your duties include but are not limited to:

  • Managing the complete contract review and prompt processing of customer orders, resolving any order queries in a timely manner.
  • Liaising with customers to ensure all necessary data is provided for order processing.
  • Supporting customers with any inquiries regarding delivery of their orders.
  • Customer service and order negotiation to manage expectations.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of business processes and procedures.
  • Recording relevant KPIs to monitor individual and team performance.

About You:

  • Strong customer handling and negotiation skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
