A leading company in the construction sector is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for its ReadyMix team based in Loughborough. The role involves processing customer orders, scheduling deliveries, and ensuring compliance. Ideal candidates will have strong teamwork and communication skills, with an ambition to develop in a fast-paced environment.

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinatorto join our friendly ReadyMix team based at The Hub, Tarmac Mountsorrel site, Quorn near Loughborough, Leicestershire.As well as Quorn and Loughborough this role is also easily accessible from Leicester, Melton Mowbray and the surrounding areas.

Main Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Customer Services Manager the Customer Service Coordinatorwill be responsible for processing orders and coordinating the day-to-day deliveries of Minimix ReadyMix concrete by vehicles owned and operated by Tarmac third party haulage base.

This role is a Monday - Friday role on a rotating shift pattern (7am - 4pm and 8am - 5pm) and Saturday mornings when required (approx once per month)
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for the role of Customer Service Coordinatorwill have worked in a similar industry providing support to a wider team. Whilst industry experience is preferred it is not essential. If you have proven customer service or distribution / route planning experience in an office based environment, and you enjoy working as part of a team then this role may be of interest.
