Job description

Permanent Customer Service Coordinator Role in Daventry

Location: Daventry - office based

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 8.30am - 5pm / 9am to 5.30pm (alternate weeks)

Salary: £25,500 per annum

Our client, a leader in the automotive parts industry, is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join their friendly and busy team. This role is ideal for a lively individual with strong Excel skills (preferably V lookups and pivot tables) and confident communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Building relationships with existing customers
  2. Processing orders and handling enquiries related to orders, stock, and deliveries
  3. Utilizing SAP and Excel for data management
  4. Taking orders via phone, email, and EDI interfaces
  5. Supporting external sales teams and their customers
Required Skills & Qualities:
  1. Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel (including V lookups and pivot tables)
  2. Excellent communication skills; energetic and friendly demeanor
  3. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably office or phone-based
  4. Attention to detail to accurately differentiate products and ensure order accuracy
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
