New Homes Customer Service Coordinator

Days + hours: Monday - Friday, 8am- 5pm. They do offer some agile working so coordinators can choose to work 7-4 or 9-6pm

Location: North West London

As a New Homes Customer Service Coordinator, you will:

1. Liaise with contractors to ensure defects and/or snagging are addressed within the specified time frame.
2. Answer inbound calls and queries from residents in new build homes.
3. Contribute to the smooth running of the office by undertaking general duties such as answering phones, filing, and other tasks as needed.
