Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the heartbeat of their customer interaction. Your responsibilities will include:



Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a cheerful demeanour.
Managing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery.
Collaborating with production and logistics teams to resolve any issues.
Maintaining accurate customer records and processing returns or complaints.
Providing product information and assisting customers with their needs.
Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and sharing feedback with management.
