Position: Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Hoveringham
Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Bison Flooring Customer Service team as a Customer Service Coordinator at our Hoveringham site. The main responsibility is to process customer orders within relevant lead times and role guidelines.

Your duties include but are not limited to:

  • Orders: Managing the complete contract review and prompt processing of customer orders, resolving any queries in a timely manner.
  • Communication: Liaising with customers to ensure their order provides all necessary data.
  • After Sales Support: Supporting customers with inquiries regarding order delivery.
  • Customer Service: Managing customer interactions and expectations.
  • Negotiation: Negotiating orders with customers to manage expectations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contributing to improvements in business processes and procedures.
  • Information: Recording relevant KPIs to monitor individual and team performance.

About You

  • Strong customer handling and negotiation skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy in work
  • Ability to work independently
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills
