A leading pest management company in Gloucester seeks a Service Coordinator to join their Scheduling team. We are looking for a service coordinator to be based in our new office in Quedgeley, Gloucester, with the option of Home Working one day a week, on a flexible basis after training is completed. The role is permanent, 40 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, so your weekends are free! Our office is modern, fully equipped, easily accessible to everyone and in a great location, with onsite parking!

As a Service Coordinator at Vergo , you will be an integral part of the Scheduling team, working under the guidance of the Team Lead and Scheduling Manager to efficiently coordinate service appointments for our workforce of Pest Control Technicians. Your role involves collaborating with various departments to align schedules with business goals, allocate personnel efficiently, and ensure smooth workflows. Additionally, you will play a key role in addressing customer enquiries, confirming appointments, and resolving scheduling conflicts to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
