Job summary

Smurfit Westrock in Diss is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our internal sales team on a full‑time basis, 8:30am–5pm. You will be the first point of contact for customers, supporting colleagues in sales, production and logistics while developing your commercial and business skills in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

We value a proactive attitude, strong communication, attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

The Role

Here at Smurfit Westrock Diss, we are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our internal sales team on a full time basis, working 8.30am-5pm

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in customer service and develop their commercial and business skills within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

As part of our Customer Service team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while working closely with colleagues across sales, production and logistics.
