Job summary

Smurfit Westrock is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our internal sales team on a full-time basis, working 8.30am-5pm. You will be the first point of contact for customers, collaborating with sales, production and logistics to ensure smooth order flow.

This role offers a pathway to develop commercial and business administration skills within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with an emphasis on learning, relationship-building and taking on new challenges.

The Role

Here at Smurfit Westrock Diss, we are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our internal sales team on a full time basis, working 8.30am-5pm.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in customer service and develop their commercial and business skills within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

As part of our Customer Service team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while working closely with colleagues across sales, production and logistics. You'll gain exposure to a wide range of business activities, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys learning, building relationships and taking on new challenges.
