Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Customer Service Clerk for our Scunthorpe depot. The role involves coordinating deliveries, updating customers, and handling inbound/outbound calls to resolve queries. Strong communication and IT skills are essential.

Join a team with daily shift patterns, a 45-hour week, and opportunities to contribute to process improvements while delivering excellent service to customers. Training and support provided to help you succeed.

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, 0600 - 1500/0700-1600/0800-1700. 45 Hours p/w.
Location: Scunthorpe, DN15
