Job summary

One Stop is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment where no day is the same. You will help customers, stock shelves, process payments and keep the store welcoming and well-presented.

You will put customers at the heart of everything we do, actively seeking ways to improve service and safety, and you may help across tills, replenishment and online orders as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and help customers with enquiries.
• Stock shelves and maintain store appearance and cleanliness.
• Process payments at the till and ensure accurate checkout operations.
• Assist with shifts and respond quickly to customer requests and store needs.
