Search Consultancy LTD in Leeds is seeking a proactive customer-focused individual to join our growing Customer Service team in Central Leeds. You'll support Case Handlers with daily workload and ensure timely, professional communication with customers and third parties.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer facing roles such as retail, hospitality, call centre, or office based environments.

Responsibilities

• Support Case Handlers with customer service tasks.
• Liaise with customers, third parties, and internal teams via phone and email.
• Make welcome calls to new customers.
• Chase outstanding documents and information.
• Update case management systems accurately and in a timely manner.
• Handle inbound queries and follow up to resolution.
• Help manage workloads and keep cases moving efficiently.
