Job summary

Seven Resourcing is seeking a Customer Service Assistant in Wisbech to join a busy team delivering friendly, professional reception and multi-channel customer support. The role offers flexibility as full-time or part-time, with duties spanning enquiries, stakeholder coordination, and service improvements.

Ideal candidates will have English GCSE or equivalent and NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service, with experience across in-person, online, and phone interactions.

Qualifications

• English GCSE grade C or above or equivalent literacy.
• NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service across face-to-face, online and telephone channels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a professional reception service and manage enquiries per Customer Service Standards.
• Provide multi-channel customer support and respond promptly to urgent matters within SLAs.
• Collaborate with the Customer Services team to meet shared objectives and support contact centre colleagues.
• Identify and redirect specialist enquiries according to procedures to assist vulnerable customers.
• Treat customers with courtesy and respect and coordinate with external organisations for non-English speakers.
• Build and maintain relationships with building occupiers and external services to improve service quality.
• Manage administrative duties to uphold service delivery and contribute to service improvements.
