Job summary

One Stop in Worksop is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will deliver friendly, knowledgeable service, stock shelves, process payments and help maintain a welcoming store appearance.

You will engage with customers, encourage feedback, and cover duties across tills, replenishment and other store tasks. Training is provided to help you work safely, support community initiatives, and uphold our standards of service and shop safety.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a retail environment.
• Ability to stock shelves and process payments accurately.
• Comfort working across store areas including tills and replenishment.

Responsibilities

• I know my customers and serve them with passion and pride, delivering natural service.
• I encourage feedback by guiding customers to the 'have your say' survey.
• Work across all store areas to meet customer needs, including online and tills.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Support seasonal, community and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
• Follow training to keep yourself, colleagues and store safe and compliant.
• Clock in and out accurately to ensure correct pay.
