Job summary

One Stop is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join its team in a fast-paced retail setting. You will play a key role in daily store operations, providing outstanding customer service, stocking shelves, and handling payments while helping keep the store looking its best.

You'll work across store areas, receive on-the-job coaching, and contribute to a safe, welcoming shopping environment where customers feel valued. This role may include Post Office Local duties if applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast paced retail environment is desirable.
• Able to deliver excellent customer service at all times.
• Willing to stock shelves and process payments efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and stock shelves.
• Process payments and help maintain store appearance.
• Clock in and out at the start and end of shifts to ensure accurate pay.
• Follow safety procedures and wear safety equipment where available.
• Respond quickly to assistance calls at self-service checkouts.
• Support the Shift Leader and Store Manager when required.
• Adhere to the Think 25 policy for age restricted products.
• Assist with post office operations if the store has a Post Office Local.
