One Stop is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in a fast paced retail environment where no day is the same.

You will help with stock, process payments and ensure the store looks its best while delivering great service to every customer.

You will be at the heart of day-to-day store operations, providing on-the-job coaching, supporting colleagues, and upholding safety and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Stock shelves, process payments and maintain store appearance.
• Support across all store areas including tills, online, replenishment and stock routines.
• Follow safety policies and procedures at all times.
