Job summary

One Stop Stores Ltd is hiring a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will provide excellent customer service, stock shelves, process payments, and help maintain the store’s appearance.

The role emphasizes customer-centered service and on-the-job coaching to improve quality and efficiency. You will work across areas of the store, including online orders, tills, replenishment, vending and stock routines, ensuring tasks meet customer needs and safety
