Job summary

One Stop is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our fast-paced retail team. You will be the face of the store, delivering friendly service, handling transactions and keeping shelves tidy for a great customer experience.

You will work across tills, replenishment and store appearance, taking pride in accuracy, safety and policy compliance while supporting seasonal events and local community initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to work across store areas including tills and replenishment.
• Willingness to follow safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greeting customers.
• Stock shelves and ensure product availability and presentation.
• Process payments accurately at the till system.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness throughout shifts.
• Follow safety procedures and Think 25 age checks where required.
• Support shifts in absence of supervisors and assist with general tasks.
