Job summary

One Stop is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in a fast paced retail environment where no day is the same.

You will be responsible for helping customers, stocking shelves, processing payments and keeping the store looking its best. You will also contribute to a safe, welcoming atmosphere and support the shift leadership as needed.

If you are passionate about people, have a can-do attitude and enjoy working as part of a local community, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• Provides excellent customer service in a retail environment.
• Manages cash handling and payments accurately.
• Replenishes stock and maintains store appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service with passion and pride.
• Encourage customer feedback via surveys.
• Work across store areas including tills, replenishment and stock routines.
• Follow safety procedures and training to work safely.
• Assist with seasonal, community and charity events.
• Understand store performance and contribute to profitability.
• Follow company policies and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Clock in/out accurately to ensure correct pay.
