Tenpin Ltd. invites applicants for a Customer Service Assistant role in a lively entertainment centre. You will check customers in at reception, answer questions, seize sales opportunities and host individuals and parties. You’ll keep the venue clean and assist with food and drinks service.

You will work efficiently, show initiative and deliver exceptional customer service. A friendly, confident approach and team spirit are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Registrar clientes en recepción y gestionar reservas.
• Ser punto de contacto para preguntas de clientes.
• Detectar oportunidades de venta y promover productos/servicios.
• Hostear a individuos y grupos, mantener el centro limpio y ordenado.
• Preparar y servir comida y bebidas.
• Trabajar con iniciativa y practicar un excelente servicio al cliente.

The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will deliver an outstanding experience for our customers. This includes booking customers in at reception, being a point of contact for customer questions, being alert to sales opportunities, hosting individuals and parties, keeping the centre clean and tidy, preparing and serving food and drinks.

You will work efficiently, show initiative and be friendly. Exceptional customer service will be at heart of your role. You will also need to be confident and comfortable when dealing with customers.

Skills You Need

• Full of determination, enthusiasm, and be able to work in fast-paced environment

• Able to provide high levels of customer service and have strong communication skills
• Fully flexible around working pattern (evening and weekends will be required)
