Job summary

Tenpin is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver an outstanding guest experience by handling reception bookings, answering enquiries, and driving sales while ensuring the centre stays clean and welcoming.

You will support diverse activities across Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, karaoke rooms, and children's parties, contributing to a fun, energetic environment and great team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings, answering enquiries, identifying sales opportunities, hosting events, serving food and drinks, and keeping the centre clean, welcoming and running smoothly.
• Work across various departments, from running the Laser Arena and hosting Escape Room experiences to managing karaoke rooms, and hosting children’s parties.

The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant,
you'll provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings,

You’ll work across various
departments, from running the Laser Arena and hosting Escape Room experiences

something new, keeping the fun flowing!

You should be efficient,
proactive, friendly, and confident in customer interactions, with exceptional
service as your priority.
