Job summary

Tenpin Ltd in Falkirk is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver an outstanding guest experience across reception, events and our range of fun activities. You’ll handle bookings, enquiries, and sales opportunities while keeping the venue clean and welcoming.

Join a team that runs Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, karaoke rooms and family parties, with a strong emphasis on exceptional service, flexibility, and a positive attitude. Age 16+ welcome.

• Fully flexible, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings and enquiries.
• Identify sales opportunities and host events across Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, karaoke rooms and parties.
• Serve food and drinks and keep the centre clean and welcoming.
• Work across departments to ensure the centre runs smoothly.

The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings, answering enquiries, identifying sales opportunities, hosting events, serving food and drinks, and keeping the centre clean, welcoming and running smoothly.

You’ll work across various departments, from running the Laser Arena and hosting Escape Room experiences to managing karaoke rooms, and hosting children’s parties. Every day will bring something new, keeping the fun flowing!

You should be efficient, proactive, friendly, and confident in customer interactions, with exceptional service as your priority.
