Job summary

Tenpin in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver a fun, high-energy guest experience. You will manage reception bookings, answer enquiries, host events across Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, Karaoke, and bar areas, and contribute to a clean, welcoming centre.

You should be proactive, friendly, and confident in interactions, with a focus on excellent service. The role offers progression opportunities as many managers started as team members, plus a range of staff

The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings, addressing enquiries, identifying sales opportunities, hosting events, maintaining cleanliness, and preparing food and drinks.

You'll work across various departments, from running the Laser Arena and hosting Escape Room experiences to managing karaoke rooms and serving drinks at the bar. Every day will bring something new, keeping the fun flowing!

You should be efficient, proactive, friendly, and confident in customer interactions, with exceptional service as your priority.

Skills You Need

• Determined, enthusiastic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service, communication skills, and a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude
• Fully flexible, including evenings and weekends
