Job summary

Tenpin in Rochdale is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver an exceptional guest experience across reception, events, and food & drinks service. You’ll engage with customers, manage bookings, and identify opportunities to enhance sales while staying friendly and proactive in a fast-paced leisure centre environment.

Role involves working in various areas including Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, karaoke, and the bar.

Qualifications

• Must be determined, enthusiastic and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception bookings and handle enquiries to provide an excellent customer experience.
• Identify sales opportunities and host events to engage customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and prepare food and drinks as required.
• Work across departments such as Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, karaoke, and the bar.
• Deliver friendly, proactive service with a focus on customer satisfaction.

The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings, addressing enquiries, identifying sales opportunities, hosting events, maintaining cleanliness, and preparing food and drinks.

You'll work across various departments, from running the Laser Arena and hosting Escape Room experiences to managing karaoke rooms and serving drinks at the bar. Every day will bring something new, keeping the fun flowing!

You should be efficient, proactive, friendly, and confident in customer interactions, with exceptional service as your priority.
