Job summary

Heart of England Co-operative Society is hiring Customer Service Assistants to join our Southam food store team. This role offers 16 hours per week with a clear path to Team Leader and Store Manager roles. You’ll deliver friendly, helpful service and keep shelves stocked to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Able to keep shelves neat and shop floor ready.
• Good team player with a positive attitude.
