Wickes is hiring two Customer Service Assistants in Nottingham for a permanent part-time role. You will handle customer queries, support store operations, and contribute to a friendly, efficient shopping experience.

Shifts include Sundays and Mondays, with additional mid/shifts across the week. Training and development are provided, plus a range of benefits and a supportive team environment to help you grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the shop floor and provide helpful service.

The Role...

Parking will be a breeze, trolleys in easy reach, help always at hand, stock in the right place, deliveries out on time and payment met with a smile.Of course, while you’re creating a helpful and friendly customer experience, we’ll be thinking of new ways to reward, develop and invest in you. You’ll receive all the training, support and opportunities you need. Think of it as a down-to-earth place to work, where you get to go up in the world.

We are looking for two Customer Service Assistants to work the following shifts, with flexibility.

28 hours:

Sunday all day, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday mid shifts and Friday mid/early shift.

Saturday or Sunday, plus early shfts on Monday, T uesday, Thursday and Fiday late 3pm.

Every day you’ll be dealing with and assisting customers, so it’s important that you offer every person that walks through our doors a high level of customer service. We look for someone who ideally has experience working in a similar role.
