Job summary

Wickes in the United Kingdom is seeking a part-time customer-facing team member to enhance the in-store experience. You’ll greet customers, help with questions and ensure deliveries and stock are in the right place, all while receiving training and development opportunities.

You will work 16 to 20 hours per week across 1–2 weekdays and a weekend day, with shifts from 11:00–20:00 or 8:00–17:00. The role offers a supportive environment and a chance to grow with the business.

About You

Every day you’ll be dealing with and assisting customers, so it’s important that you offer every person that walks through our doors a high level of customer service. We look for someone who ideally has experience working in a similar role.

Hours/shift patterns

• 16 to 20 hours per week
• This role will be 1-2 week days per week and one weekend day - flexibility needed
• Shift patterns are either 11:00 - 20:00 or 8:00 - 17:00
