Job summary

Wickes in Exeter is seeking a part-time Sales Assistant to support customers and keep the store running smoothly. You’ll work approximately 20 hours per week, with Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday shifts preferred, and flexibility considered.

You will help customers, restock shelves, and ensure a welcoming shopping environment. You'll receive training and rewards, including a generous benefits package and opportunities for development within a down-to-earth team.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in a retail setting is preferred.
• Ability to engage customers and deliver a helpful shopping experience.
• Flexible for weekend and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with queries and purchases.
• Keep shelves stocked and properly displayed.
• Support store operations and deliver a positive customer experience.

Shifts....

20 hours per week - ideally Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday. We are open to discussion if you need flexibility.

About you...

Every day you’ll be dealing with and assisting customers, so it’s important that you offer every person that walks through our doors a high level of customer service. We look for someone who ideally has experience working in a similar role.
