Job summary

Pandr ltd is hiring for a customer service role based in Doncaster. You will respond to emails and calls, assist with orders and delivery information, and manage customer records. You will collaborate with production and retail teams to keep orders moving and provide a friendly, professional service.

The role offers full-time and part-time opportunities, training provided, and chances to learn about different parts of the business in a growing, independent company.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer emails, telephone calls and enquiries.
• Helping customers with orders, products and delivery information.
• Processing and managing customer orders.
• Resolving customer queries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Liaising with our production and retail teams to keep orders moving.
• Keeping customer records and order information up to date.
• Occasionally helping out in other areas of the business when needed.
