Wickes in the United Kingdom is seeking a full-time Store Associate to deliver excellent customer service and support in-store operations. You will handle customer queries, assist with product selections, and help ensure an organized shop floor with well-stocked, correctly priced merchandise.

The role offers 39 hours per week, with shifts including Saturdays and flexible patterns (9:00 AM–6:00 PM or 11:00 AM–8:00 PM).

Shifts

Hours: Full-time (39 hours per week, including Saturdays)

Flexible Shift Pattern: Enjoy predictable scheduling with mid-day and late shifts only (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM)—no early morning starts!

Plan Ahead: Rotas are published 3 weeks in advance so you can easily organise your personal life.

Every day you’ll be dealing with and assisting customers, so it’s important that you offer every person that walks through our doors a high level of customer service. We look for someone who ideally has experience working in a similar role.
