Job summary

Wickes is seeking a customer-focused team member to support in-store service and operations. You’ll help customers, keep shelves stocked, and ensure deliveries go out on time while maintaining a friendly store environment.

The role is a 12-hour part-time contract with weekend work required. Training and benefits form part of a supportive, down-to-earth culture where you can grow with the company.

• Always provide high level customer service to every person entering the store.
• Experience in a similar retail role is preferred.

This role is for a 12 hour part-time contract, that will require you to work at least 1 day at the weekend.

About You

Every day you’ll be dealing with and assisting customers, so it’s important that you offer every person that walks through our doors a high level of customer service. We look for someone who ideally has experience working in a similar role.
