Job summary

Mole Valley Farmers Limited in Buckingham is seeking a friendly Customer Service Assistant to join our Retail team. This permanent, full-time role offers 40 hours per week (Mon–Fri, with alternate Saturdays) and a pay of £10.85–£12.71 per hour, plus benefits.

You’ll deliver outstanding customer service and support stock availability and store presentation. No previous experience required as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Delivering excellent customer service that is friendly, respectful, and solution-focused
• Supporting the store team in maximising sales opportunities through product knowledge
• Taking ownership of a designated department and driving sales through merchandising and promotions
• Reviewing stock levels and adjusting seasonally to meet customer needs
• Processing goods inwards and maintaining stock file accuracy
• Ensuring visual merchandising standards are met and the store is well-presented
• Becoming proficient in cash handling and following company procedures
• Working in line with health & safety guidelines and GDPR compliance

About The Role

Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-time
Hours of Work: 40 hours, 5 days a week. Working Monday to Friday including alternate Saturdays

As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll play an important part in maximising store performance by delivering outstanding service and supporting the presentation and availability of products. From assisting with stock management to offering knowledgeable advice, you’ll ensure every interaction reflects our values: Customer First, Honest, Committed, Knowledgeable, Courageous, and Innovative.
