We are seeking a dedicated and flexible individual to join our team based in Birkenhead within our Port Operations department on an ad-hoc basis to assist with managing high passenger volumes during our peak season.
The successful candidate will be expected to provide support during busy periods, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service. This is a temporary role that offers the opportunity to work on a flexible schedule, making it ideal for those looking to contribute during a fast-paced, high-demand time.
The Port Operations Team is made up of customer-focused individuals working with all aspects of customer service. We are currently looking for someone to join us in Birkenhead.
Your main task will be to assist with the smooth and effective transportation of passengers and vehicles to and from the vessels, whilst ensuring their experience is as pleasurable as possible by providing the highest standards of customer service to all our guests.
