Night-Time Customer Service Assistant - Liverpool

Hourly Rate: £13

Working Hours: 9/10pm – 6/7am, 9 hours per week

Vita Student offers stylish, luxury apartments with a variety of studios to suit residents' needs, providing privacy or shared living, surrounded by amenities and vibrant city life. We seek a Night-time Customer Service Assistant to deliver a luxury, home-from-home experience and maintain our site and facilities at the highest standards.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional, personalized service to residents, anticipating their needs and offering local information.
  • Greet and welcome students and guests warmly at front of house/reception.
  • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of communal areas during the night shift.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular building surveys (block walks every 4-6 hours).
  • Replenish refreshments and manage parcel storage for residents.
  • Act as the primary contact for incidents or emergencies onsite.
  • Manage waste areas following health & safety standards.
Candidate Profile
  • Experience in delivering premium customer service.
  • Hands-on approach to cleanliness and safety in communal areas.
  • Technologically savvy with familiarity in using various systems and software.
  • Excellent communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Organized, calm under pressure, adaptable, positive, and resilient.
  • Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks; flexibility is essential due to 24/7 operations.
