Night-Time Customer Service Assistant - Liverpool

Hourly Rate: £13

Working Hours: 9/10pm – 6/7am, 9 hours per week

Vita Student offers luxury apartment accommodations with a variety of studios designed to suit student lifestyles, providing privacy or shared living options. We aim to deliver a home-from-home experience, maintaining high standards in our facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional, personalized service to residents, including offering local information and handling inquiries.
  • Greet and welcome students and guests warmly at front desk.
  • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of communal areas during night shifts.
  • Ensure respectful use of facilities by residents and guests.
  • Address issues proactively and conduct regular building surveys.
  • Replenish refreshments and manage parcel deliveries efficiently.
  • Be the primary contact for incidents or emergencies onsite.
  • Manage waste and health & safety standards.
Professional Experience & Personal Characteristics
  • Experience in delivering premium customer service; proactive in cleanliness and safety.
  • Technologically savvy with experience in using various systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, with multilingual abilities appreciated.
  • Organized, calm under pressure, adaptable, positive, and resilient.
  • Flexible availability to cover 24/7 operations, including holidays and special occasions.
