Night-Time Customer Service Assistant. Liverpool

Hourly Rate: £13

Working Hours: 9/10pm – 6/7am. 9 hours per week

We’re seeking a Night-time Customer Service Assistant to provide a luxury, home-from-home experience for residents while ensuring our site and facilities are maintained at the highest standards.

Our Night-Time Customer Service Assistant role includes:

  • Providing exceptional, personalized service to residents by anticipating and fulfilling their needs, offering local information, and handling inquiries to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Greeting and welcoming students and guests warmly at front of house/reception.
  • Being available to answer questions and assist as needed.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of communal areas during night shifts.
  • Ensuring residents and guests respect the facilities.
  • Resolving issues or challenges promptly.
  • Conducting regular building surveys (block walks) every 4-6 hours.
  • Replenishing refreshments and managing parcel storage for residents.
  • Being the primary contact for incidents or emergencies onsite.
  • Managing waste areas in compliance with health & safety regulations.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience in delivering premium customer service.
  • Hands-on approach to cleaning and maintaining communal areas.
  • Strong technological skills to support operations.

Personal qualities include:

  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment with a respectful, inclusive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and stress management skills.
  • Adaptability, creativity, positivity, resilience, and flexibility.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks, with accommodations if needed.
