Hayley Group in Bury St Edmunds is offering a Customer Service Apprentice role within a busy branch, rotating through Trade Counter, Internal Sales, and Warehouse Operations to gain hands-on experience across customer interactions and logistics.

The apprenticeship lasts typically 15 months, with study and coursework during working hours, supported by a training provider and your manager. Apprentices earn £16,640 while learning.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in customer service and a career.
• Enthusiastic, motivated and willing to learn.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
• Basic IT skills (including Microsoft Office).
• Strong attention to detail and logical thinking.
• Well-presented and professional approach.
• Able to travel to and work locally.

Responsabilités

• Trade Counter: support and serve customers face-to-face.
• Internal Sales / Office: handle calls, emails, and enquiries.
• Warehouse Operations: understand stock, order fulfilment, and logistics.
