Job summary

Qualifications

• GCSEs in English and Maths are required.
• Willingness to undertake Level 2 or Level 3 Customer Service Apprenticeship within 18 months.
• Ability to work to deadlines and adapt to shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from customers.
• Update customer information in the database and document call details.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers and internal staff by email and phone.
• Participate in training and mentoring to reach the appropriate apprenticeship level.
