Job summary

STEADFAST TRAINING LTD is seeking a customer service practitioner apprentice based at our head office in Spalding with a 1-year training programme. The role involves promoting services, handling calls, and supporting learner paperwork. Full training is provided, with emphasis on accuracy and teamwork.

Working Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with opportunities to advance within the business as skills develop. Apprenticeship level 2 in Customer Service will be achieved on completion.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or higher are required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient IT skills and data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Promote Steadfast Training Ltd services to current and prospective customers.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls professionally; provide information and follow-up actions.
• Prepare learner paperwork packs and support the wider business.
