TF Solutions in Cardiff is recruiting a Customer Service Apprentice to join our branch team. You will welcome customers, process orders, and help get products to customers safely and efficiently.

You’ll gain experience across the branch and warehouse, with full training and a dedicated coach during your first 12 months, while developing a strong service mindset and face-to-face customer skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service ethos with a friendly approach.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a busy branch environment.
• Good communication and basic numeracy for orders and stock

Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions in person and by phone, providing first-class service.
• Process customer orders and assist with stock and shelf presentation.
• Receive deliveries, book-in and support administration and warehouse tasks.
