Job summary

See-Woo is offering a Customer Service Apprentice role in London, with a Level 2 apprenticeship through Babington. You’ll work in a busy retail environment, gaining hands-on customer service, stock, and till experience.

You’ll train with Babington and have the chance to move into a full-time position after successful completion, while completing off‑the‑job training during paid hours.

See-Woo are looking for a new Customer Service Apprentice. You will be studying toward your Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship L2.

What You'll Do

This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable hands‑on experience in a busy retail environment while working towards a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship with Babington.

You will work alongside an experienced team, developing your customer service, communication, retail and organisational skills. You will gain practical experience supporting customers, operating tills, replenishing stock and helping to maintain a welcoming and well‑presented store.

As a Customer Service Apprentice, your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers and providing friendly, helpful and professional service
• Responding to customer questions and helping customers find products around the store
• Developing your knowledge of the products available and providing appropriate guidance to customers
• Operating tills and processing customer purchases accurately using cash and card payment systems
• Supporting customers with queries and complaints, escalating more complex issues to your supervisor or manager
• Replenishing stock and ensuring shelves are well presented and appropriately labelled
• Checking product dates and supporting good stock rotation
• Assisting with stock counts and maintaining accurate stock levels
• Helping to keep the shop floor, tills and customer areas clean, tidy and welcoming
• Following company procedures relating to Health & Safety and Food Hygiene
• Working positively with colleagues to provide a high standard of customer service
• Taking part in training, coaching and development activities throughout the apprenticeship
• Completing your required off‑the‑job training and apprenticeship work during paid working hours

Training Outcome

There is a possibility of being offered a full time role after successful completion of the apprenticeship.
