Apprentice Customer Service & Sales Support(Training Provided)

Working hours are: 9.00am-5.00pm Monday-Friday.

(On successful probation completion, 8-5 Monday – Thursday and 8-12 Friday is available)

Holiday: 18 Days + Christmas Shutdown + 4 Additional Bonus Days Available + Bank Holidays

Lighthouse (UK) Ltd manufactures label and sign printing solutions.

We are looking for an honest, professional, motivated person to fill a full-time position we have in our Sales & Customer Support Department.

Applicants do not need to have any prior experience in Sales and/or Customer Support, as training will be provided, including:

  • 1 Day per week field based training (business to business)
  • Attendance of up to 20 exhibitions (UK Only)
  • Professional training in; technical, sales and marketing
  • Minimum 25% time spent training

The main duties include:

  • Outbound Business to Business phone calls only
  • Making outbound calls to our customer base
  • Booking appointments for the sales team
  • Undertaking general office duties
