Job summary

Red Dot Search in Larbert, Falkirk, is hiring a Customer Service & Sales Advisor for an on-site role. You will handle inbound calls from customers nearing contract end, propose upgrades and products, and drive value-based conversations while maintaining service quality.

The role is permanent, full-time (40 hours/week) with a basic salary of £26,520 plus an uncapped bonus, and a start date of soon after onboarding. Weekend/evening rota applies.

Customer Service & Sales Advisor – Larbert, Falkirk

Salary: £26,520 basic, paid monthly, plus an uncapped bonus (current average around £400 a month, top performers up to £1,000 a month)
Location: Larbert, Falkirk (on site)
Contract: Permanent, full time, 40 hours a week
Hours: 5 days out of 7, Monday to Sunday, between 8am and 9pm
Start date: Monday 5 October

Good at selling and great with people? You'll join a contact centre in Larbert supporting one of the UK's best-known broadband and telecoms brands. You'll take inbound calls from customers coming to the end of their contract, keep their business, and recommend the upgrades and products that genuinely suit them.

What you'll do

• Handle inbound calls from customers who are re-contracting, shopping around or thinking of leaving
• Ask the right questions to understand what each customer needs
• Recommend upgrades and add-ons that fit, and turn price conversations into value conversations
• Work across several systems while keeping the customer experience first
• Work towards sales and customer service targets

Who we're looking for

• Some sales experience: retail, telesales, a phone shop, memberships, hospitality upselling or anything with a target
• Comfortable working to sales targets and delivering great customer service
• Confident with technology and happy using multiple systems
• Patient, resilient and curious
• Available to start on Monday 5 October
