Job summary

Northgate Vehicle Hire is seeking a Customer Service Agent to be the first point of contact for customers and colleagues, ensuring vehicles are where they need to be and on time. You will handle bookings, queries and account administration with a calm, can-do attitude.

We offer a great basic salary of £28,734, 42.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri 8-5:30 and Saturdays on rotation), plus a comprehensive benefits package and induction training. No prior industry experience is required.

Qualifications

• No prior vehicle rental experience required; induction training provided.
• Strong customer service and administration skills, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for customers and colleagues at the branch.
• Manage bookings, rental queries and administration of customer accounts.
• Oversee daily vehicle movements in and out of the branch.
• Source vehicles to enable Yes responses and coordinate with managers.
