Northgate Vehicle Hire is recruiting a Customer Service Agent in Belfast. You will be at the center of a busy branch, delivering great service to customers while managing multiple tasks like vehicle sourcing, bookings, and account administration. A Full UK or EU driving licence is required, with induction training provided.

Qualifications

• No previous vehicle rental experience required; proven induction training provided.
• Must have a Full UK or EU Driving Licence to handle duties.
• Strong customer service, administrative and multitasking skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and colleagues to ensure vehicles are where needed and on time.
• Source vehicles to enable bookings and upsell when possible.
• Resolve customer rental queries and administer customer accounts.
• Oversee daily vehicle movements in and out of branch.

Weekly Hours: 42.5 hours,Monday to friday 8-5:30 and saturday mornings on rotation 8-12.

Our branches are busy, fast-paced places to be and, as aCustomer Service Agent, you will be right at the very centre of it. You’re often the first point of contact for customers; so confidently delivering agreat servicewith a smile is second nature. Whereyou really excelis in managing more than one task at a time - from sourcing vehicles so you can say yes to booking, resolving a customer rental query, administration of a customer account or overseeing the daily vehicle movements in and out of branch.

You don’t need any previous industry or vehicle rental administration experience to join our team (ourproven induction trainingwill take care of that) but you’ll need all of your customer service know-how, administration skill and most importantly your calm, ‘can-do’ attitude(along with a Full UK or EU Driving Licence, of course!)to get things done.
