Job summary

Northgate Vehicle Hire is seeking a Customer Service Agent to support branches with a busy, fast-paced environment. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring bookings, queries and vehicle movements are handled smoothly, with induction training provided.

Hours are 42.5 per week with Saturday on a rota, and a great basic salary plus a quarterly bonus and extensive benefits package. A Full UK or EU Driving Licence is required.

Qualifications

• No prior vehicle rental experience required; induction training provided.
• Excellent customer service and administration skills.
• Must hold a Full UK or EU Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great service to customers with a smile.
• Source vehicles to fulfil bookings and answer rental queries.
