As a Customer Service Agent, you will bring the Northgate experience to life by managing the needs of customers, colleagues, and managers to ensure our vehicles are where they need to be, when they need to be there.

Life as a Customer Service Agent with Northgate Vehicle Hire

Our branches are busy, fast-paced places. You will be the first point of contact for customers, confidently delivering excellent service with a smile. Your strengths will include managing multiple tasks simultaneously—sourcing vehicles, booking, resolving queries, administering customer accounts, and overseeing vehicle movements.

No previous industry or vehicle rental administration experience is required, thanks to our proven induction training. However, you will need customer service expertise, administrative skills, and a calm, ‘can-do’ attitude, along with a Full UK or EU Driving Licence.
