Field Sales Representative - Fixed Term Contract (12 months) - Harrow at Kellanova

Are you ready to join a dynamic team and make a real impact in the field? Kellanova is seeking a Field Sales Representative to cover the Harrow, Ealing, and Wembley territories on a 12-month FTC. This remote role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a supportive team of 12 field sales reps across the South of the country, reporting directly to the Area Sales Lead.

At Kellanova, we are committed to nourishing families so they can flourish and thrive. We look to you to execute the daily and weekly supply of our products into major retailers, supporting the growth of our market share and enabling customers to shop our full portfolio daily.

Salary: between £27,000 to £30,000 (based on experience) plus an additional £4,000 for London cost of living support, plus a company car and bonus. This role is both rewarding and competitive.

Key Responsibilities
  1. No Cold Calling: Collaborate with Field Sales Managers to grow relationships across your territories and in major retail stores.
  2. Identifying Market Gaps: Work with internal stakeholders to identify gaps and strategize in-store wins.
  3. Driving Sales: Develop initiatives to increase sales and product availability.
  4. Building Customer Relationships: Manage and influence store-level relationships daily, working collaboratively to make a difference.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Ability to work independently (home-based) and in a team.
  • Good energy, motivation, and a desire to succeed.
  • Passion and eagerness to learn (ideal for recent graduates or early careers professionals).
  • Experience in sales or similar roles.
  • Full UK driver’s license.
