Job summary

Northgate plc in Glasgow is hiring a Driver/Valeter on a permanent contract with guaranteed hours. You will prepare vehicles to the highest standards through valeting and presentation, while supporting branch driving duties and occasional collections and deliveries.

No prior experience is required; a full UK or EU driving licence is essential. A strong can‑do attitude and customer‑facing service are valued in a busy team environment.

Salary: £28,168.00 & Bonus up to £1408 (pa OTE)

Weekly Hours: 42.5 hours, Monday - Friday & one in 3 weekends with lieu days during the week.

Life as a Driver/Valeter with Northgate-

This is a varied, hands-on role where the majority of your time will be spent preparing vehicles to the highest standards through valeting and presentation, ensuring they are clean, safe, and ready for customer use. Alongside this, you’ll also support the branch with driving duties, including moving vehicles between sites and assisting with collections and deliveries when required. Ideal for someone who takes pride in vehicle presentation and enjoys being part of a busy team environment.
